If you're not entirely satisfied with your iPhone 3GS purchase, you can return it within 14 days or receipt and will be eligible for a full refund or exchange. To return the iPhone 3GS, please contact Customer Service. You'll then need to send the iPhone 3GS back to us and ensure the following:
- Securely package your iPhone 3GS with its original accessories so that they will not become damaged in transit.
- Affix the Goods Returns Authority label on your dispatch note to the outside of the package ensuring no other addresses are visible.
- Take your parcel to a post office and obtain a proof of postage. This should be retained with the dispatch note.
- Please retain the dispatch note for your records and as your proof of purchase, as it will assist you if you need to contact AppleNew.com at a later date.
Please note
- Purchases cancelled due to a change of mind must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.
- Your iPhone must have no visible signs of customer damage.
- If your iPhone goes missing in transit, it will only be credited if a valid proof of postage can be produced.
- If you are a new Applenew.com customer and for some reason you are not happy with iPhone 3GS, you can return your mobile and original boxed accessories, including any additional free promotional items you may have received with your order, along with your proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt to us and we will give you a full refund.
- In order to be eligible to return your mobile under the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee you must not have used your handset to make or receive calls or texts, take photos, or download content.
- Similarly, if your mobile has been damaged since you received it, this guarantee will not cover you.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
